    This part is a minimal CRISPR array that directs Cas9 binding and interference. It contains two BsaI sites for simple cloning of new targeting spacers.

    Notes

    Contains a leader sequence followed by repeat-spacer-repeat. Requires a trans-activating CRISPR RNA (tracrRNA) for post-transcriptional processing.
