    Description

    HisC is a gene that makes a phosphate aminotransferase essential to the production of histidine.The ancestral version of this gene has been reconstructed using the seed sequences from the PFAM data base by creating a phylogenetic tree using PhyML and then using the WAG method in PAML with Lazarus.
