Description
7-ketocholesterol is the result of the oxidation that exists in the bloodstream. 7-keto group is being reduced by Oxoacyl Reductase into 7-OH. The identity of this enzyme has not yet veryfied. This nucleotidic sequence was based on Jacques Mathieu studies.He identified gene expression analysis using microarrays and in silico amino acidic predictions.
