This is the coding sequence for the RpfC(regulation of pathogenicity factor C) protein. It is the sensor in the two-component signal transduction of Xcc that activates the regulator RpfG(Bba_K1315003) in the presence of DSF.
Notes
The sequence had 1 EcoRI site and 3 PstI sites that were all mutated out by site-directed mutagenesis.
