Description
It can sense the whether there is formaldehyde or not.It can be activitated by formaldehyde with the help of the protein hxlR,though there may be leakage in the strain E.coli DH5a .This promoter,which do not have a left theoretically weak promoter,is a improved version of BBa_K1334000.
