Description
This construct encodes the chemotactic sensory histidine kinase CheA from E. coli W3110, involved in the transmission of sensory signals from the chemoreceptors to the flagellar motors. After autophosphorylation, CheA can transfer its phosphate group to its partners CheB or CheY.
Notes
The sequence was mutated by site-directed mutagenesis to remove the EcoRI site.
