    Description

    This Sequence is used to close the C-terminal insertion site of an RFC[???] C-intein assembly construct with two insertions sites by introducing four Gly codon resulting an an RFC[???] C-intein assembly construct with only one insertion site.

    Notes

    As a sequence of length 0 could not be cloned as an oligo into an RFC[???] the sequence connects the ATG start codon of RFC[???] overhang A with overhang C by introducing 4 Gly codons.
