Description
This construct will be used to characterize the transfection of an effector of death (Survivin siRNA) in mammalian cells mediated by bacteriophages. It contains the hTERT promoter, specific for cancerous cells lines. The construct will be contained in a phagemid with de f1 origin of replication (for single stranded DNA), and it is intended to replace the M13 genome.Notes
