Description

This plasmid contains LamA, which is a response regulator used in E. coli. In our project, we were designing a two-component system, with a histidine kinase and response regulator. If there is a change in the environment that the histidine kinase sense, the response regulator will act in response to it and express GFP.

Notes

There is no scaffold protein in this plasmid, so it will give a negative result when testing the two component system without a ligand.
