    Description

    This plasmid contains LamC, which is a histidine used in E. coli. In our project, we were designing a two-component system, with a histidine kinase and response regulator. If there is a change in the environment that the histidine kinase sense, the response regulator will act in response to it and express GFP.

    It contains 4 SH3 domains to be used in the scaffold system
