Notes

With 21 AC repeats, the GFP sequence is in frame with respect to the start codon, so a functional GFP should be transcribed. The number of AC repeats was limited by maximum length of synthesized primers.

The dinucleotide repeat was placed into synthesized primers that bound to the existing part I13401, and then a PCR reaction was run.
