Description
Cofilin is an actin depolymerizing factor. It is recruited when PirB/LilrB2 is activated by beta-amyloid. [1]
The 3rd amino acid in this construct has been mutated to make it pseudophophoralated and inactive. It was ordered from Adgene.

Notes
We did not want cofilin to interfere with the normal metabolism of the cell, so we made it pseudophosphorylated, hence inactive.
