This vector expresses BACE2 tagged with eYFP (5???-eYFP-BACE2-3???)
Notes
In designing BACE1 and BACE2 tagged with eYFP, we considered the possibility that linking eYFP to these enzymes might inhibit their function or expression. With this in mind, for both BACE-eYFP and BACE2-eYFP we designed two variants???one with eYFP linked to the 5??? end, and another with eYFP linked to the 3??? end.

This vector was assembled by linking BACE2 and YFP via Golden Gate. BACE2 was purchased commercially.
