Description
This part is sensitive to long chain acyl-CoA ,with a FadR binding site.In the absence of long chain acyl-CoA, FadR represses the transcription of RFP.
In the presence of long chain acyl-CoA, FadR dissociates from the binding site so that the transcription of RFP begins.
