Description

This part, DNA ligase From E. Coli, was extracted from an IGEM regiserty PSB1C3 vector (BBa_k525710). This part contains on the insert with altered iGEM prefix and suffixes to allow for insertion into pGAP A vectors.

Notes

Had to create primers specific to the prefix and sufix to remove the stop condons presnt in all iGEM biobricks.
