    Description

    This is the RNA sequence of reverse GFP that is codon-optimised to work in mammalian cells via a Encephalomyocarditis virus IRES.

    Notes

    The sequence for GFP was reversed and codon-optimised for Huh-7 cells and then the EMCV IRES was added to allow translation.
