    Description

    Transcriptional factor PmrA from Salmonella enterica is involved in iron (III) based chemotaxis. When phosphorylated by PmrB, it binds to pmrC promoter and induces expression of chemotaxis protein CheZ.

    Notes

    No design considerations apart from adding BioBrick Preffix and Suffix.
