Notes

There was a previous reverse RBS designed by the Edingburgh 2007 iGEM team (BBa_I742130). This had a predicted RBS strength of 495 according to the Salis RBS calculator website. We wanted a stronger reverse RBS closer in strength to BBa_B0034
