Description
This part contains a 20bp complementary target sequence for accessory colonization factor C (acfC) that can be targeted by the gRNA from Part:BBa_K1487023. The target sequence is upstream from ribosome binding site Part:BBa_B0034 and a coding region for enhanced yellow fluorescent protein (Part:BBa_E0030). This reporter was placed under a strong constitutive reporter (Part:BBa_J23119).Notes
