    Description

    IIA(Glc) - previously known as III(Glc) - is glucose-specific phosphocarrier protein of the phosphoenolpyruvate:glycose phosphotransferase system (PTS). Therefore, we hypothesized that by over-expressing the enzyme, more glucose can be uptook compared to normal condition.

    Notes

    Native gene from E. coli does not contain EcoRI, XbaI, SpeI and PstI restriction sites, thus it can be used directly for the creation Biobrick construct.
