Description

YebF is a signal protein of E.coli MG1655, and it can carry its C-terminus recombinant protein out of the E.coli cell. In our project, we use it to transport several protein extracellular, including endolysin, lysostaphin, and dispersin.

Notes

In order to make recombinant protein, the end of this sequence is designed to have special suffix using RFC23.
