Description

This part is composed of constitutive promoter, RBS, GFP and terminaor. Constitutive promoter, RBS and terminator are derived from Streptococcus mutans UA159, and GFP is from 2014 iGEM kit (BBa_E0040). The main function of this part is to trigger reporter gene continually, and can be served as a reporter of transformation efficiency in both Streptococcus mutans and E.coli.
