Description
INPNC is an anchor protein that binds non-specific product on surface.
We truncated our INPNC to lessen its size, giving our E.coli a better performance in displaying target peptide on surface. The linking site at the end of INPNC is free to attach any moderate desired product.
Notes
We find related papers that inidcates a possible way to truncate INPNC protein.
