We chosed copa promoter as our copper sensor to trigger the next step once the excessive copper exists.Meanwhile the T7 polymerase was selected to become a medium because of its high selectivity and activity.Combining with two parts,our CAM boy can cascade the downstream chelate reactivity even at low concentration.Notes
