Description
CMV eukaryotic promoter
Notes
CMV Promotor is a viral regulatory element to mediate strong expression of the downstream gene sequence. CMV stands for cytomegalovirus. Because of its strong activity in most cells its a very popular choice to mediate expression of a foreign protein.

CMV promotor was obtained by PCR by using the BioBrick [[Part:BBa_J52038]] as template.
