Sequences BBa_K1588006_sequence (Version 1)

Description

it is a gene coding a modified Chitin Oligosaccharide Binding Protein (code 1ZTY) from Vibrio cholerae, we cut some residues from external loops and inserted human epitopes from serotype 1 of dengue virus instead, it is intended to generate an immune response against all serotypes of the virus, those epitopes come from T lymphocytes, it could be improved inserting epitopes from B lymphocytes

Notes

1. It is coded by just one gene
2. Is not too big
3. It is exported by bacterial cells
4. Has big hydrophylic loops to insert epitopes
