PQLP in EGFP Fluorophore

Description

Gluten detection kit using green fluroscent protein in PQLP aminoacid sequence. If kumamolisin cuts the gluten it will have cut EGFP as well so there will be no colour but if it does not cut the gluten than it also has not cut EGFP so green color will be observed.

Notes

N-EGFP -> 471 bp
C-EGFP -> 249 bp
Which will be act as a fluorophore when there is PQLP in the sequence.
Finding the right PQLP sequence was difficult due to determining which codon was its actual representative: cca caa ctt cca
