Description

This part is similar to human Antichymotrypsin (ACT) (Bba_K1610200) except it contains selected mutations. The mutations were made in order to allow ACT3m to bind and inhibit Granzyme B, a human enzyme that is found in the extracellular matrix, extracellularly.

Notes

There were originally two PstI cutting sites that have been mutated off (silent mutations).

This part was derived off of Bba_K1610200, a cDNA clone provided by Sino Biological. The mutations on the sequence are later made by Mission Biotech.
