Description
This part can express d-limonene synthase with a constitutive promoter J23100, can it can catalyze GPPs into d-limonenen. We use this part to produce d-limonene which is said can attract nematode and some other pests well.Notes
We searched the cDNA sequence in NCBI, and optimized the sequence for E. coli. Meanwhile, we inserted a Xho I restriction site between RBS and d-limonene synthase coding sequence, so that we can change promoter easily.Source
