    Description

    This part codes for an aromatic amino acid decarboxylase (AAADC) which catalyses the conversation of L-Tyrosine to L-Tyramine as well as L-DOPA to Dopamine and L-Phenylalanine to Phenylethylamine.

    Notes

    The original sequence was modified via PCR mutagenesis in order to remove an internal PstI restriction site.
