Description
Oxaloacetate acetylhydrolase, abbreviation OAH, is the target gene segment of these experiments. The main function of OAH is to transfer oxaloacetic acid to oxalate acid; thus the oxalate acid reacts with the calcium ion to form calcium oxalate that preserves the relics.
Notes
This sequence originally have many restriction site, we deprive those site from the usage and choose the site that does not appear in it to complete the plasmid.
