Description

This integrative plasmid facilitates transformation of Synechocystis PCC6803 and similar species. It inserts gene of choice into the Synechocystis β-phellandrene synthase gene by homologous recombination.

Notes

Primers containing biobrick prefix and suffix as well and other described parts were used to make this backbone RFC10 compatible.
