Description
The four T7 RNA polymerases are a family with different activity, this T7 RNA polymerase have approximate relative activity of 4% compare to the wild type pT7. We design it as a part of our T7 protein expression device, which is high level and need low-activity promoter to exclude bacterial stress responses. Users can replace the T7 promoter with it or other promoters through the restriction site we added.
Notes
It's a member of T7 promoter mutations which is design for our T7 protein expression device and can be substitute by the restriction site HindIII and SalI.
