Description

The four T7 RNA polymerases are a family with different activity, this T7 RNA polymerase is the wild type which has three low-activity mutations. We design it as a part of our T7 protein expression device, which is high level and need low-activity promoter to exclude bacterial stress responses. Users can replace the T7 promoter with it or other promoters through the restriction site we added.

Notes

It's the wild type T7 promoter which is stronger than mutations. It's design for our T7 protein expression device and can be substitute by the restriction site HindIII and SalI.
