Description

we first attempted to construct our ???B??? construct. This construct is the most faithful to the original SCRIBE system, with simply the changes that were required to be biobrick compatible. Kanamycin resistance will be recombined into host genome. There is a lac promoter upstream and reverse transcriptase and beta recombinase are both included. There is no modularity per se.

Gene for kanamycin resistance had to be mutated in the strain
