Description

This part was designed by Team IISER Pune. It contains the arac protein coding sequence followed by a double terminator. This part was used to build the oscillator module of our project. A terminator sequence was added ahead of araC as we needed to use 2 protein coding sequences in one plasmid itself.

Notes

A double terminator was chosen as it seemed more reliable.
