Description

This part is a truncated version of pSB1C3 which does not contain a prefix or suffix. It is made to be used as a construction intermediate for the creation of new plasmid backbones which want to insert additional regions at either end of the backbone before replacing the prefix and suffix at either end of the backbone. It is used in K1795023.

Notes

We removed the prefix and suffix from pSB1C3 so we could add additional regions on either end of the backbone before replacing the prefix and suffix.
