Pnif+amilCP reporter.We ligated Pnif(BBa_K1796001) and amilCP reporter(BBa_K1357009) together to assay the validity and effeciency of Pnif. It worked. Picture is shown below.

Pnif is from the nitrogen fixation gene cluster of diazotroph Paenibacillus sp. WLY78,we standardized it.amilCP reporter(BBa_K1357009) is from 2015 20D Kit5 .
