Description
This part includes the homologous upstream and downstream regions of the native Arg-H gene from Synechocystis PCC. 6803. Knocking out this gene leads to an arginine auxotroph that can be used, for example, in a synthetic consortium with an arginine-producing E. coli for dependencies.
