Description

This part includes a construct to knock-out the Arg-H gene in Synechocystis PCC. 6803, which leads to an arginine auxotrophy in the mutant Synechocystis strain. It can be used to create a dependency on an arginine producer in a synthetic consortium of multiple species.

Notes

Removed one illegal restriction site via site-directed mutagenesis.
