Description
This part consists of mRNA circularization part (3?? side) (endless) (BBa_K1332003) and a sequence derived from td gene of T4 phage. It???s the improved mRNA circularization part (3?? side) (endless). The protein coding sequence that is inserted between this part and mRNA circularization device Ver. 2.0 (5?? side) can be circularized. If you circularized the protein coding sequence (Its stop codon have been removed.), you can get a circular mRNA that is translated semi-permanently.
