Description

The Hepatitis B Surface antigen (HBsAg) is a subunit from the surface antigen of the Hepatitis B virus . The expression of this part is driven by a strong galactose inducible Yeast GAL1 Promoter. An HBsAg ELISA Kit can be used to detect the expression of this part. This composite part also contains a yeast ADH1 Terminator.

Notes

Consider the difficult of obtaining pure galactose to induce expression.
