Sequences BBa_K1919233_sequence (Version 1)

Description

Succinyl-CoA:Acetate CoA-Transferase(AarC) can let acetate and Succinyl-CoA become acetyl-CoA. E.coli can use acetate as energy sources by this enzyme. This enzyme also can give E.coli some ability of anti acetic acid.

Notes

The coding sequence was optimized for E.coli express by Genscript. A restriction enzyme cleavage site of PstI in gene was mutated by oe-pcr.

Source

The original sequence of AarC comes from GenBank NC_021991.1. The sample used for experiments was artificially systhesized by Synbio Technologies Co., Ltd.
