    Description

    Interleukin-2 (IL-2) protein coding sequence. Silent point mutation at base pair insert 272 (A>T) to make BioBrick compatible (removed an XbaI site). Designed RBS with spacer DNA added preceding the IL-2 for protein expression.

    Notes

    RBS was added to allow protein expression. Silent point mutation removed XbaI site, making the gene BioBrick compatible.
