Description
The coding sequence of Hemagglutinin (HA) from H1N1 acquired from NCBI. HA is a glycoprotein found on the surface of influenza viruses and can be used in immunological experiments as the target antigen.
Notes
The hemagglutinin (HA) part is a 1700 bp DNA sequence acquired from GenBank (Accession# J02176.1). Some nucleotides of HA sequence had been changed to avoid the restriction sites. In order to compare the protein expression efficiency of our expression vector and the original pX63HYG shuttle vector, we add BamHI restriction site at the head and tail of HA coding sequence for the ligation of pX63HYG shuttle vector and HA sequence.

The whole sequence of Hemagglutinin (HA) from H1N1 is acquired from GenBank.
