T7 RNA polymerase induced by IPTG

T7 RNA polymerase will not be expressed without IPTG. When IPTG is added to 0.3 mM, T7 RNA polymerase will be expressed and if there is protein gene with T7 promoter, it will be greatly expressed by the host cell.
