Description

NasR is RNA-binding protein that inhibits transcription termination dependent on the nasF terminator (see BBa_K1973001).

Notes

We have included the sequence of RBS BBa_B0034 and the scar it should have been in case of the clonning of this part. When we disigned the sequence to synthesize, we change the nucleotide in position 534 in order to remove a PstI restriction site.
