Description
This is a coding sequence of a Drosophila melanogaster Juvenile Hormone Acid O-methyltransferase (DmJHAMT) which catalyzed the esterification of FFAs and is specific to medium chain FFAs.
Notes
We introduced two silent mutations to eliminate two Pst1 cut sites by changing the base pairs at position 72 from A to G and at position 558 from A to G so that we could use this part in a standard Bio Brick format.
