    This part codes for the protein cry11Aa which from Bacillus thuringiensis and is toxic to the larvae of mosquitoes. Our project aim to express such protein in Chlamydomonas reinhardti to kill the larve of mosquitoes. To express this protein in Chlamydomonas reinhardti we optimizate the codon.

    Notes

    To identify there is no restriction enzyme cutting site which we choosed.
