    Description

    Coding region for APOBEC1, an enzyme that performs C to U edits on DNA and RNA with a 3xXTEN (144 nucleotide) linker. The one extension linker sequence is TCTGGCTCAGAAACG-
    CCCGGTACGTCCGAGTCTGCAACACCAGAAAGC. The 3xXTEN is the one extension sequence tripled. APOBEC with a 1xXTEN is BBa_K2083000, and the 2xXTEN can be found here BBa_K2083001.

    Notes

    We preformed codon optimization to get rid of any EcoRI, XbaI, SpeI, and PstI sites.
